Program Details:

The "Spring into Fitness" Goddess 6-Week Outdoor Fitness Program!

Date: Monday April 22nd to May 31st (6-week session)

Orientation Day: On April 22nd only, Class times may end 15 minutes later to give ample time for the FIT Test & Fitness Assement. (if you start after orientation day you will recieve details to still complete everything.)

Registration: Pre-register for your first class

Time: 45 min Classes Including Warm-up & Cool Down.
             Mornings: 8:30am – 9:15am (Mon, Thu & Fri)
             Evenings: 6:30pm – 7:15pm (Mon, Wed & Thu)
[YES, you can attend both morning and evening classes with your trial week]

Location: Seton Park - inbetween W 232nd St & W 235th St on Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10463 (with the construction in the back we will be meeting either at the back playground or near the last tennis court. Everyone will recieve notification for the exact spot in the park.)

If arriving by bus: Bx10, Bx20, Bx18, BxM1 and BxM2 will bring you very close while the Bx7 is about a 10min walk (so a nice warm-up)

If driving: there is usually plenty of parking on the 235th street side.

Duration: 6 weeks, upto 6 sessions per week (3 morning and 3 evening)
Hi, I’m Nicole! I empower Women and Families to create their own versions of health and happiness, through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience as a mother of five having struggled through my own health and fitness journey that really sets me up to be a better coach.

I'll guide you in customizing your diet, managing cravings, and finding the right workouts for you while looking at ALL areas of your life. If you're ready and willing to be coached, I promise to get you there, even if you have no time and hate meal planning and working out!

 Together, we'll overcome obstacles and and establish realistic goals and lifestyle changes that produce lasting results.
